




Meret holds a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Modern Asian Studies, a Teaching Diploma and Bachelor of Education. She is an accomplished Author, with her latest publication focussing on Matriachy in the modern world. On top of a teaching career and being a devoted mother and Grandmother, much of her life has been dedicated to helping those in need in the community, which she continues to this day.
Ken has been recognized as one of the leading Champions of Men's or Male Health in Australia as well as being the principal of McKenzie Therapy & Training (Occupational Therapists) and Samurai Martial Arts Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Workplace Assessor & Trainer Cert IV, National Coaching Accreditation and 3rd Dan Black Belt in Judo.
Ken's experience includes over 10 years at the pinnacle of Men's or Male Health including coordination of dozens of Forums, Expos and Health Screens, over 30 years in a diverse range of Occupational Therapy roles, over 30 years as a Chief Instructor of Judo and other Japanese Arts. He is a proud father of two beautiful children and a dedicated campaigner for Humanitarian causes, activities and projects.
Uncle Bill Smith can only be described as a Living Legend and National Treasure. As Awabakal Elder, Uncle Bill is a renowned speaker and Champion of local Aboriginal Cultural and Lore in the Newcastle and surrounding region.
It would take an Encyclopedia to outline the experience of a man who has lead a Nation for decades, starting as a representative of Aboriginal Men in the Coals Mines and going on to lead countless organizations, groups, activities and events that demonstrate, by example, how to live a life that is absolutely connected to his family, community and land.
